Dears, I would like to introduce my new project of airplane in 1/33 scale. It will be Czech jet trainer AERO L-29 Delfin, which is one of the most succesfull trainer jets flying all around the world. 3D model is almost ready. I will finish cockpit details and after that will start first tests if all details as below pics will be possible. I hope you will like this one and if you would have any question, or suggestion, feel free to contact me anytime.

Yes, Emil Zarkov's model is not bad, but it is missing details. I'm trying to do my model as detailed as possible.
Here are some new pics from 3D model. Rendered pics of whole plane and details for cockpit and seats.

New prepared model of L-29 Delfin was a little bit improved. There is brand new cockpit, rear part of fuselage, air intake and completely reworked seats

Hi there, I have almost finished fuselage of L-29 Delfin model. I have started most complicated version with open canopy, but finally there will be also possibility to build model with closed nose part and also with closed canopy which will be much easier. I hope you will like these pics. Most difficult part in this is rear part of canopy, which is has really interesting shapes :-)

Hi, during this weekend I have finally started to build ejection seat and pedals with stick. I have build the most advanced version of both and now I have to find out how to make some parts easier to have 2 versions of each part. Below is also photo of L-29 delfin, from Paper model exhibition which was last week in Prague and you can see this model also compared with L-39 Albatros in the same scale:

I have just finished 2nd version of rear seat and also upgraded version of pedals with stick. Below you can also find final seats inside of cockpit and some pics of undercarriage.

it seems, that my model is more boring than yours as I can see coments in your post and only 1 in mine :-)

Boring?! How you can even think that? It's beautiful. Did you choose painting scheme for it?

Sorry for the offtop but I have to ask...
As I remember you did in the past L-159 ALCA. Is it available somewhere? Do you plan to have new painting scheme for that, like Iraqi Air Force? And the last question ... when we could expect Gripen designed by you? :)

Hi, L-159 is under reconstruction and I was already thinking to make both CZ and Iraqi air force, so this one could be available by end of this year. Below you can find some pics from 3D render.

About L-29, actually I have 2 paint schemes, where 1 will be silver colour available in CZ, DE, RO, BG, RU and HU air force and 2nd one will be Slovak Air force camouflage which is very close to the one used in Egypt.

Front cone looks like it's little too big with adjoing next segment , I see no room for closed airbrakes.
Nice work.

some corrections will be done, but airbrakes are closed directly on the fuselage and there is no room. Closed brakes are still a bit out of fuselage, see below
