Well Raziel-3 and zbin, ASHIGARA was freshly painted when she arrived in the UK and Germany, after her voyage to Europe, I have photographs of her when she came out of the Suez channel, she looked very weathered then, in France, probably Toulouse, she was repainted from top to bottom. On the other hand, I ones tried to "weather" a ship model, which resulted in a total loss of the model, I do not have the ability to weather models, maybe some of you are really good in it and could give a short lesson here, how to weather models ;) So I decided after the weathering debacle to make my models as if they just came from the ship yard.
